These terms apply to your use of SAJLAS by Sajib Atlas (sajlas.com), a free educational platform. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The service
SAJLAS offers study notes, practice questions and an AI question tool (Ask AI) for learners, including candidates preparing for competitive examinations. Features may change as the platform develops.
Acceptable use
You may use SAJLAS for your own learning. You must not:
- scrape, crawl, bulk-download or otherwise extract the site's content, except normal indexing by search engines;
- access the site or Ask AI with bots, scripts or other automated means;
- copy, reverse engineer or rebuild the question banks, answer keys or explanations;
- abuse Ask AI, for example by evading rate limits, sending automated or bulk questions, trying to extract its instructions, or using it to produce harmful content;
- interfere with the site's security or availability, or impersonate SAJLAS or anyone else.
Ownership and copyright
The original content of SAJLAS, including its text, explanations, questions, answer explanations, design and the way content is selected and arranged, is © 2026 Sajib Atlas. All rights reserved. You may view and use it for personal, non-commercial study. You may not republish, sell or redistribute it without written permission.
Third-party sources
Some content cites or links to third-party sources, such as official syllabi and scientific agencies. Those materials belong to their owners and are attributed where they are used. Links are provided for reference; we are not responsible for third-party websites.
AI-generated answers
Ask AI answers are generated automatically by AI using SAJLAS content. They may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. They are not professional, legal or official examination advice. Check important information against official sources.
No affiliation
SAJLAS is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) or any other examination body or government authority. Examination information is provided for study reference; official notices always prevail.
Availability and no warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including Ask AI.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SAJLAS is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content, including AI answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Contact, takedown requests and reports
Copyright notices and takedown requests: email legal@sajlas.com with the page address, a description of the material and your rights in it, and your contact details. We will review the request and remove or correct content where appropriate.
To report an error in the content, or for any other question, contact contact@sajlas.com.
To report abuse of the site, such as spam, scraping or misuse of Ask AI, email abuse@sajlas.com.
To report a security vulnerability, email security@sajlas.com (see /.well-known/security.txt). Please give us reasonable time to fix it before any public disclosure, and do not access other people's data or disrupt the service while testing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform changes and will change the effective date above. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
